Deep South Stock Horse Show Association was started in 1966 in Greenwell Springs, Louisiana. Our association focuses on Western Pleasure and Speed Events for youth and adult riders from Southern Louisiana and Southern Mississippi. We strive to offer healthy and friendly competition in an effort to aid riders in skill development. Participation in our shows is a great way for youth to prepare for 4H competitions.
Both members and non-members are welcome to attend DSSHSA horse shows. We encourage everyone to become a member to be eligible for year end awards and prizes. If you would like to become a member you can simply sign up at shows or print and complete a membership form found under the Forms & Docs page.
